(More customer reviews)The spinner needs a lot of water pressure to even spin a tiny bit.You can't pour water into it to make it spin.The teeter-totter part works slightly and the suction cup is very flat and doesn't stay up. It slides and falls right away. It looks very cool in it's picture and description, but I was very disappointed!There are much funner bath toys you could buy with $5. I suggest The First Years Finding Nemo bath cups which I bought on Amazon the same time as this. $5.99 and very cute with interesting water spouts on each one. My son likes these out of the tub as well. You can also stack and nest them.
