(More customer reviews)I received this rubber duck for a shower gift from a family friend and at first I thought it was strange looking. This was until my 6 month-old son went nuts for it. He absolutely loves it! We bring it with us everywhere, not just in the tub. It is great for teething babies, they love to chew on the soft duck and there are no worries because it is chemical free. It is made of latex so if your kid has a latex allergy beware. Another friend of mine received this toy and has also said her baby went nuts for it. I brought it to a friends house and her daughter (8 months) was crazy for it too. It is awesome toy and a great distraction. My son prefers this odd little ducky to a regular rubber duck and most of his other toys. A++ toy.

Bisphenol-A (BPA), another hormone-disrupting chemical is also found in plastic toys. Because they remain freely mobile in plastic, phthalates are ingestible and leachable when children squeeze and gnaw on them. This has led some experts to recommend using no vinyl at all in the bath. Rubber Ducks are a great alternative to plastic bath toys. Rubber Duck is designed for kids ages 3+ years old. The classic natural rubber duck is the perfect playtime toy for young children and adults alike!
