(More customer reviews)Ducks are a hard plastic which surprised me, but I like them.The bad review on these could have happened in shipping or the warehouse.Mine was not dirty, it arrived in a lovely gift box.And this is one of those toys that look beautiful out of the water on a shelf or even hanging around the toy room.My one year old loves the shape, the head and neck fits nicely in a small hand.No place for water to enter the toy so you won't have to deal with mildew.
